Confidis Pty Ltd uses the ANZ Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. ANZ processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the ANZ gateway are secured payments.
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Confidis Pty Ltd or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within ANZ’s data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
• ANZ at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Confidis Pty Ltd.

Payment receipts – credit cards
After making a payment / adding funds online, you will receive an email confirmation from ANZ containing your payment details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your payment a few minutes.

Step 1:
You will receive a copy of the transaction via email and if you have subscribed can also access a copy online via your login. See example email notice below:

Please note: This transaction will be reconciled against the amount receipted in the bank trust account statement. Allow two business days for:
1) Reconciliation of this transaction against the bank account trust statement. You will be sent a signed Deposit Receipt and a signed Certificate of Funds from Confidis Pty Ltd; or
2) We will contact you if there is a discrepancy.
A copy of this transaction has been emailed to you.
Step 2:
Confidis Pty Ltd will issue an official trust account receipt within 2 working days.

Refunds and Disbursements Policy
All refunds / disbursement are managed in accordance with trust account compliance practices across Australia. In the event a refund is requested Confidis Pty Ltd will refund 100% (all) of the monies via EFT within 2-5 working days.
Confidis Pty Ltd will hold the deposit as a stake for the Vendor and Purchaser and will disperse money in accordance with written directions given by the Vendor and Purchaser and or their solicitors or representatives. Where the written directions of the vendor and purchaser or their respective solicitors or authorised representatives do not align, Confidis Pty Ltd will continue to hold the relevant funds and remain entitled to any interest earned on those funds until such time as the directions are aligned and funds dispersed accordingly
Confidis Pty Ltd will hold the Commission as a stake for the Vendor and Real Estate Agent and will disperse money in accordance with written directions given by the Vendor and Real Estate Agent and or their solicitors or representatives.
